Changes in the Financial Executive Area
Recife, August 20, 2015 - Ser Educacional S.A. (BM&FBOVESPA SEER3, Bloomberg SEER3:BZ and Reuters SEER3.SA), one of Brazil’s largest private education groups and the leader in the Northeast and North Regions in number of students enrolled, informs the market that the Board members acknowledged the resignation of Mr. Nazareno Habib Ouvidor Bichara from the position of Chief Financial Officer, as per the Resignation Letter addressed to the Company‘s Chief Executive Officer, at the Company‘s Board of Directors‘ Meeting held today.
The Board of Directors thanked Mr. Habib Bichara for his dedication and contribution to the Company and wished him success in his new activities.
The Board of Directors elected Mr. Rodrigo Alves, the Company’s Investor Relations Officer, to temporarily fill the position until a new Chief Financial Officer is elected.
